Red Squirrel Events provides official corporate hospitality for Royal Ascot which takes place between Tuesday 15th and Saturday 19th June 2010.

There are a number of Royal Ascot hospitality packages available as described below. Details of Royal Enclosure hospitality packages are available upon request.

BESSBOROUGH AND CARRIAGES BOXES

Located in the same triple decker marquee as the Carriages and Bessborough Restaurants in the beautiful Old Paddock area of the racecourse, close to the west end of the Grandstand, these boxes can accommodate 30-40 persons and are only available on the Saturday of Royal Ascot. The Carriages Box is on the first floor and the Bessborough Box on the top floor.

BESSBOROUGH RESTAURANT

Combining luxury and elegance, the Bessborough Restaurant is situated on the top floor of the triple-decker marquee in the beautiful Old Paddock area of the racecourse only 1 metre from the Grandstand.  Under the ‘parasol' roof, designed to compliment the architecture of the Grandstand, this double height restaurant with private balcony offers superb views of the racecourse and Windsor Great Park.  

In addition to the high class horse racing, Ascot Racecourse is delighted to present the very latest fashion from London, Paris, Milan and New York. From classic lines to the avant-garde the Bessborough catwalk brings together top designers from around the world, presenting the very latest male and female couture.

The Carriages Restaurant, featuring its own private balcony, is set in modern and sumptuous surroundings on the first floor of the triple decker marquee in the beautiful Old Paddock area.

Elegant and stylish décor combines with breathtaking views of the beautiful Berkshire countryside and the new Ascot Grandstand to create a first class facility.

New for 2010 the Sandringham Restaurant, located on the ground floor of the triple decker marquee, has superb trackside positioning and includes a private balcony just metres from the track with head on views towards the Grandstand and Winning Post.

In the Sandringham Restaurant you may book either an exclusive table of 10 or, for smaller groups, a shared table.

THE OLD PADDOCK RESTAURANT

The Old Paddock Restaurant overlooks the new Pre-Parade Ring and saddling boxes, with the beautiful Old Paddock beyond. This beautiful setting offers access to the lawns below the restaurant, as well as easy access to the Pre-Parade Ring.

A fully inclusive package offering views of the best of both old and new Ascot. The Old Paddock Restaurant can be booked as either exclusive tables for 10 or, for smaller groups, on shared tables.

THE QUEEN ANNE ROOMS

The Grade 2 listed Queen Anne Rooms offer exquisite and graceful surroundings in which to entertain. Some of the rooms have private balconies that overlook the Plaza Lawns.

The Queen Anne is one of the original buildings retained within the redevelopment. Recently refurbished and individually decorated, the six dining rooms can accommodate between 12 and 40 people. They provide the perfect retreat for a private party of clients, colleagues or friends.

The Imperial Events Courtyard is a luxury marquee located to the east side of the racecourse just a short walk from the Grandstand and track.

This new facility offers a vibrant atmosphere in which to entertain your guests and enjoy live music from the strolling jazz band.

Nestled under the leafy canopy of the surrounding maple trees with its own private garden the Imperial Events Courtyard can accommodate exclusive tables of 10 or smaller groups on shared a table.

THE PLATINUM SUITE

The Platinum Suite was a new facility in 2009 and proved a great success. The luxuriously appointed marquee is situated in the Imperial Courtyard, a lovely wooded lawned enclosure conveniently positioned between the Silver Ring and the Grandstand.

This is the very best value at Royal Ascot in 2010, a great fully inclusive package close to the Grandstand with access to all areas included with the exception of the Royal Enclosure.

Bookings for as little as 2 guests can be made with parties of 10 guaranteed a private table.
