HENNESSY RESTAURANT

The Hennessy Restaurant on the second floor of the Hampshire Stand offers unrivalled panoramic views of the final furlong and winning post. This has been achieved by the installation of special architectural glazing enclosing the terraced viewing areas, where smaller tables for 4 and 2 have been located.

This 350 seater facility, with its a la carte menu, is set to challenge the status quo of racing and put the experience of going to the races at Newbury into another realm.

RACEGOERS RESTAURANT

With its contemporary design and stunning panoramic views across the racetrack the Racegoers Restaurant at Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire is one of the most welcoming restaurants in the country and guarantees a memorable day at the races for all the family.

The Racegoers Restaurant is situated within the Grandstand which was opened in November 2000 and designed by famous architect Lord Norman Foster.

The Racegoers Restaurant package includes:

  • Three course lunch/dinner with coffee
  • Official programme

On busier racedays, exclusive tables are available for parties of 8 or shared tables for smaller groups.

BERKSHIRE STAND PRIVATE BOXES

Located across 4 levels in the Berkshire Stand, each of the boxes seat between 16 and 20 guests comfortably, however an excellent system of partitions means that they can also be extended to cater for larger groups of up to 100. The boxes benefit from balconies with fantastic views overlooking the finishing line as well as tote betting facilities on each floor and televisions in every box. Each floor is also serviced with lifts and its own cloakroom.

MILL REEF SUITE

This superb facility can cater for groups of 16 to 100 people. Located adjacent to the track just beyond the winning post, you and your guests will benefit from quick and easy access to the parade ring and close up views of the horses galloping past the winning post.

ROYAL BOX

Whilst still used for its original purpose on race days, the Royal Box is now available to hire for exclusive parties on selected race days. With fine foods, a fully stocked bar and set in a stunning location opposite the finishing line, the Royal Box Raceday packages are the ultimate experience at Newbury Racecourse.

PARADE RING PAVILIONS

This picturesque area is becoming ever more popular for larger groups wanting to entertain on a raceday. Guests are situated in the heart of the racecourse adjacent to the pre-parade ring and benefit from their own garden area from where they can watch the horses walking past. The Pavilions can be used exclusively for one large group seating up to 250 guests comfortably, alternatively they can be used individually with each pavilion seating up 40 guests. They can also be equipped with tote betting and bar facilities.

MARQUEES

For larger groups of over 250 people, we can also provide purpose built marquees which can be situated in a variety of locations including the centre of the course adjacent to the winning line.
