Cheltenham Festival
Red Squirrel Events is a leading supplier of corporate hospitality at the Cheltenham Festival which takes place between Tuesday 10th March and Friday 13th March 2009.
The Cheltenham Festival is the highlight of the jump season with 12 months of anticipation unleashed over 4 compelling days. The festival is made up of 26 races and approximately 500 horses, all competing for £3 million of prize money. 2008 saw an outstanding performance from Denman who led home stable mate Kauto Star to win the prestigious Cheltenham Gold Cup.
There are a number of options available for corporate entertainment at Cheltenham:
PANORAMIC RESTAURANT
Situated on the 5th level of the main grandstand overlooking the winning post, the premier restaurant at Cheltenham provides the most stunning views over the racecourse. Seated at your table you also can enjoy first class cuisine, excellent table service and totepool betting. The package includes:

HORESHOE PAVILION RESTAURANT
A firm favourite, The Horseshoe Pavilion provides something for everyone. Located in the heart of the Tented Village it is only a short walk from the parade ring, club viewing lawn, shopping village and Guinness Village. This restaurant provides a fabulous base for the day and includes a four course luncheon with complimentary bar. There is the option of upgrading your package to include a reserved Guinness Grandstand seat. The package includes:

GOLD CUP RESTAURANT
The Gold Cup Restaurant offers dining in contemporary surroundings and is linked to the main grandstand by the Hall of Fame, which pays homage to some of the sights, sounds, heroes and heroines of Cheltenham's rich history. The Gold Cup Restaurant serves a ‘Chef'sTable' menu (a magnificent Grand Buffet), allowing you to make your own selection and enjoy lunch at your own pace. There is the option of upgrading your package to include a reserved Tattersalls seat. Seat availability is extremely limited so it is advisable to book early. The package includes:

CHAMPION'S DRIVE RESTAURANT
The Champion's Drive facility has a new structure and location for the 2009 Festival. This modern and spacious two storey facility is located near the unique Guinness Village, providing customers with a vibrant atmosphere which is close to all the racing action with easy access to facilities and viewing. It is ideal for parties of any size looking for a good base for the day. The package includes:

THE FESTIVAL RESTAURANT
The Festival Restaurant offers a traditional style four course meal with silver service. Located close to the Hall of Fame and adjacent to the Gold Cup Restaurant, this facility provides you with an excellent base for the day and easy access to the main grandstand. There is the option of upgrading your package to include a reserved Tattersalls seat. Seat Availability is limited so it is advisable to book early not to miss out. The package includes:

GLASS FRONTED BOXES WITH BALCONY
Located alongside the course, these elegantly furnished boxes provide a wonderful view of the action, access to the paddock and betting ring and totepool betting in the corridor. Each box accommodates up to 40 people for luncheon or 50 for a buffet. It is a condition of booking that a minimum number of 30 admission tickets are ordered.
HI-LUX CHALETS
Overlooking the paddock, adjacent to the Members' Lawn and Guinness Grandstand, you will be able to watch the horses leave and victorious horses return to the parade ring from your chalet or balcony. Each chalet accommodates up to 32 for luncheon or 48 for a buffet. It is a condition of booking that a minimum number of 24 admission tickets are ordered.
GUINNESS GRANDSTAND BOXES
New for 2009, this is a unique way to enjoy The Festival from a modern, private facility with a relaxed and informal style. Ideal for groups of 24, these elevated boxes overlook the Guinness Village with its vibrant and exciting atmosphere. Complete with a hamper of food for you and your guests to enjoy, the Guinness boxes offer a combination of great value and entertainment.
CHALETS
Located in the main horseshoe of the Tented Village area. Chalets are a popular venue, which combine privacy when dining with the opportunity to experience the hustle and bustle of trade stands, the paddock and the Guinness Village. Each chalet accommodates up to 24 for luncheon or 32 for a buffet. It is a condition of booking that a minimum number of 16 admission tickets are ordered.
FRONT RUNNERS RESTAURANT
The all new Front Runners Restaurant and Private Suites are perfectly positioned overlooking the last fence and have an excellent view of the final straight. The elevated structure allows all your guests to view the day's races.
The Front Runners restaurant has private reserved tables for 8-12 guests with smaller parties being accommodated on a shared basis. A sample package includes:
- Club badge giving access to the Members' Lawn and viewing steps
- Private reserved tables for 8 or more guests - smaller parties will be catered for on shared tables
- Coffee and pastries on arrival
- A choice four course menu accompanied by selected wines
