Cheltenham Festival
Red Squirrel Events is a leading supplier of corporate hospitality at the Cheltenham Festival which takes place between Tuesday 15th and Friday 18th March 2011.
The Cheltenham Festival is the highlight of the jump season with 12 months of anticipation unleashed over 4 compelling days. The festival is made up of 26 races and approximately 500 horses, all competing for £3 million of prize money. 2010 saw an outstanding performance from Imperial Commander who led home Denman to win the prestigious Cheltenham Gold Cup.

PANORAMIC RESTAURANT
Situated on the 5th level of the Main Grandstand overlooking the winning post, the premier restaurant at Cheltenham provides the most stunning views over the racecourse. Seated at your table you also can enjoy first class cuisine, excellent table service and totepool betting. The package includes:

The Gold Cup Restaurant offers dining in contemporary surroundings and is linked to the main grandstand by the Hall of Fame, which pays homage to some of the sights, sounds, heroes and heroines of Cheltenham's rich history.

THE FESTIVAL RESTAURANT
The Festival Restaurant offers a traditional style four course meal with silver service. Located close to the Hall of Fame and adjacent to the Gold Cup Restaurant, this facility provides you with an excellent base for the day and easy access to the main grandstand. There is the option of upgrading your package to include a reserved Tattersalls seat. Seat Availability is limited so it is advisable to book early not to miss out. The package includes:

This superb luxuriously appointed marquee is situated in the hub of the Tented Village, only 50 metres from the Guinness Grandstand. Close to the Parade Ring and Grandstand, this is a popular and great value facility providing the "Cheltenham Experience" - it is further enhanced by celebrity tipster, John Francome, and a selection of draught beers including Guinness.

GLASS FRONTED BOXES WITH BALCONY
Located alongside the course, these elegantly furnished boxes provide a wonderful view of the action, access to the paddock and betting ring and totepool betting in the corridor. Each box accommodates up to 40 people for luncheon or 50 for a buffet. It is a condition of booking that a minimum number of 24 admission tickets are ordered to have a box on an exclusive private basis. Packages within the boxes can be booked from just 2 places upwards.
HI-LUX CHALETS
Overlooking the paddock, adjacent to the Members' Lawn and Guinness Grandstand, you will be able to watch the horses leave and victorious horses return to the parade ring from your chalet or balcony. Each chalet accommodates up to 32 for luncheon or 48 for a buffet. It is a condition of booking that a minimum number of 20 admission tickets are ordered.
GUINNESS GRANDSTAND BOXES
New in 2009, this is a unique way to enjoy The Festival from a modern, private facility with a relaxed and informal style. Ideal for groups of 24, these elevated boxes overlook the Guinness Village with its vibrant and exciting atmosphere. Complete with a hamper of food for you and your guests to enjoy, the Guinness boxes offer a combination of great value and entertainment.
CHALETS
Located in the main horseshoe of the Tented Village area, Chalets are a popular venue, which combine privacy when dining with the opportunity to experience the hustle and bustle of trade stands, the paddock and the Guinness Village. Each chalet accommodates up to 24 for luncheon or 32 for a buffet. It is a condition of booking that a minimum number of 16 admission tickets are ordered.
FRONT RUNNERS RESTAURANT
Front Runners Restaurant is a spacious and modern restaurant, overlooking the final furlong of Cheltenham Racecourse. This glass fronted restaurant is ideal for smaller parties.
Choose from a viewing or non-viewing table in the raised restaurant where you can catch sight of the horse racing action. A guest speaker and jockey will visit the Front Runners restaurant, giving an overview of the day's races and their favourites for that day.
The Front Runners Restaurant has private reserved tables for 8-10 guests with smaller parties being accommodated on a shared basis. A sample package includes:
- Club badge giving access to the Members' Lawn and viewing steps
- Coffee and pastries on arrival
- A 4 course lunch, accompanied by selected wines, followed by coffee
