London Bierfest
Red Squirrel Events is providing official hospitality for the London Bierfest which takes places at Old Billingsgate Market between Wednesday 6th and Friday 8th October 2010.
Corporate hospitality will never be the same once you've experienced this infamous Bierfest. Full of social fun and frivolity, this hospitality event guarantees a relaxed and informal atmosphere to entertain your guests.
You and your guests will experience the joy of a traditional Bavarian bier hall, genuine Oktoberfest bier, hearty German fare, Bavarian dancing girls and Oompah bands.
Following the overwhelming success of last year's event, this October corporate guests can once again look forward to experiencing the unique atmosphere of the Oktoberfest in London, when the spirit of Munich returns to the heart of the city.
We are delighted to offer hospitality at this exciting event with great food served at your table, a wide variety of Paulaner beers as well as the fantastic atmosphere.

Bookings to be made in tables of 10 only.
The provisional itinerary is as follows (pm session in brackets):
17.30 (13.00) Bierfest Opens
18.00 (13.30) First platter served
18.30 (13.30) Stage entertainment starts
19.00 (15.00) Second platter served
22.00 (18.00) Bar closes

The costs are as follows:
Wednesday 6th October (evening) - £1,200 + VAT per table
Thursday 7th October (evening) - £1,300 + VAT per table
Friday 8th October (afternoon) - £1,200 + VAT per table
