Aintree Bierfest
Red Squirrel Events is providing official hospitality for the Aintree Bierfest which takes places at Aintree Racecourse on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th November 2010.
Experience the spirit of Munich in the heart of Liverpool. Aintree Racecourse's Exhibition Centre will be transformed into a traditional Oktoberfest, buzzing with live music and complete with unlimited steins of delicious Paulaner beer plus authentic Bavarian food served by Heidi, Helga and Helmut.

The aims are to provide good fun and value for money corporate entertainment. The Exhibition Centre will accommodate 500 guests per session and guests can choose between an afternoon or evening visit.
Hospitality at the Aintree Bierfest is based on tables of 10 and includes:
- Unlimited Paulaner Beer throughout the event
- Complimentary wine and soft drinks
- Delicious hot and cold Bavarian buffet
- Table service from Heidis, Helgas and Helmuts
- Traditional Oompah Band
- Compere and Covers Band

The cost is £99 per person + VAT.
No Bierfest would be complete without costumes, so get your guests into the spirit of 'Oktoberfest' by kitting them out in a range of fun accessories...
You can purchase hats, moustaches and wigs that will make the experience complete, and provide a few laughs on the night - it's a great way to break the ice and really does get people into the swing of things.
Merchandise can be purchased on arrival at the event from the Aintree Bierfest Shop.
