Chelsea Flower Show

Red Squirrel Events provides official corporate hospitality for the Chelsea Flower Show, one of the most prestigious flower shows in the world.

Exquisitely designed, undeniably popular and the very best in hospitality, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is a date for your diary. The 2009 event takes place between Tuesday 19th and Saturday 23rd May.

Private chalets are available for large groups with smaller numbers being accommodated in the Chelsea Club facility.

There are 4 packages to choose from, these being as follows:

Chairman's VIP All Day Hospitality Package (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Chairman's VIP Evening Hospitality Package (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) 

  • Admission to the showground from 3.30pm
  • Access to your hospitality facility at 3.30pm
  • Traditional afternoon tea available from 4pm to 5pm
  • Grande Marque Champagne and canape reception from 7pm (show closes at 8pm)
  • Complimentary bar from 3.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Four course dinner with superior wines served in your hospitality facility from 8pm (depart showground at 10pm)

Champagne and Canape Evening Package (Thursday and Friday)

  • Admission to the showground from 3.30pm
