Chelsea Flower Show

Red Squirrel Events provides official corporate hospitality for the Chelsea Flower Show, one of the most prestigious flower shows in the world.

Exquisitely designed, undeniably popular and the very best in hospitality, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is a date for your diary. The 2010 event takes place between Tuesday 25th and Saturday 29th May.

Chelsea Pavilions are private chalets available for large groups with smaller numbers being accommodated in the Chelsea Club restaurant facility located in the Hospitality Village.

There are 4 packages to choose from, these being as follows:

Chairman's VIP All Day Hospitality Package (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

  • Entrance ticket to the show
  • Show catalogue
  • Morning coffee and patisserie on arrival from 9.00am 
  • Grande Marque Champagne and canape reception
  • Four course luncheon with fine wines
  • Coffee, port and brandy
  • Complimentary bar from 11am to 6pm (show closes at 8pm)

Chairman's VIP Evening Hospitality Package (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) 

  • Admission to the showground from 3.30pm
  • Access to your hospitality facility at 3.30pm
  • Traditional afternoon tea available from 4pm to 5pm
  • Grande Marque Champagne and canape reception from 7pm (show closes at 8pm)
  • Complimentary bar from 3.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Four course dinner with superior wines served in your hospitality facility from 8pm (depart showground at 10pm)

  • Guest wallet containing your evening's itinerary and event information 

Champagne and Canape Evening Package (Thursday and Friday)

  • Admission to the showground from 3.30pm
  • Access to your hospitality facility from 7pm to 9.30pm

  • Grande Marque Champagne and canape reception served from 7pm to 9pm (show closes at 8pm)

Director's Hospitality Package (Saturday only)
