Red Squirrel Events provides official corporate hospitality packages at Sandown Park Racecourse.

Sandown Park in Esher, Surrey, stages 28 flat and national hunt races throughout the year. Situated within the M25 and only 15 miles from Central London, the racecourse is less than half an hour from London Waterloo.

A wide range of boxes and suites is available for groups of all sizes:

ECLIPSE PAVILION BOXES

The Eclipse Pavilion Boxes, each with private balconies, are located in the exclusive Eclipse Pavilion, close to the finish line with excellent views of the whole racecourse. They are well equipped, spacious and bright making the perfect environment for entertaining, whether corporate or personal. The boxes hold up to 16 for a sit down meal and up to 25 for a buffet. Double and triple boxes are also available.

GRANDSTAND BOXES

The regular clients in the Grandstand Boxes help make the atmosphere friendly and relaxed, and as a result they are much sought after for their size and positioning, located immediately above the Grandstand 'steppings' with fantastic views of the finishing line. The boxes are also close to the main entrance as well as the Parade Ring and there is a lift to get you and your guests to and from your box on the second floor. The boxes hold up to 12 for a sit down meal and up to 20 for a buffet.

IMPERIAL BOXES

The regular clients in the Imperial Boxes help make the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. As a result the Imperial Boxes are much sought after for their size and their positioning right on the finishing line. The boxes are close to the Member's Restaurant and there is a bar immediately outside the boxes together with a tote betting desk. The boxes hold up to 18 for a sit down meal and up to 30 for a buffet.

THE ROYAL BOX

The Royal Box is usually the reserve of the race day committee and other dignitaries, however for a limited number of fixtures there is the opportunity to allow clients to hire this magnificent facility. The Royal Box has its own exclusive entrance with private lift access close to your guests car parking and is located on the finishing line with a spectacular view of the racing action. The box can hold up to 60 for a sit down meal and up to 70 for a buffet. 

PRIVATE BOX PACKAGES

There's simply no better way to enjoy a day at the races than from the luxury of your own private box. 

All boxes offer private balconies with stunning views of the finishing straight. These box packages are available throughout the year and require a minimum of 16 guests:

BENDIGO SUITE

As one of only two suites on the first floor of the Grandstand, the Bendigo Suite offers guests easy access to both the parade ring and the racecourse, letting you enjoy all the racing action from within a few feet from its superb location. With a modern feel, a private bar and plasma screens it has grown into a popular place to entertain and enjoy a unique raceday experience. The Suite can hold up to 50 for a sit down meal and up to 80 for a buffet. 

GOLD CUP SUITE

Situated right in the middle of the Grandstand, the Gold Cup Suite delivers a fantastic atmosphere, which is enhanced by the race going crowd outside. There is the flexibility to divide the suite into two smaller spaces each fully equipped with a full bar, private entrances and outstanding views of the course. The suite can hold up to 330 for a sit down meal and up to 420 for a buffet.

IMPERIAL SUITE

This bright, well equipped suite has its own kitchen and private entrance with all of the amenities close by to make your day at the races one to remember. The Imperial Suite is close to the Member's Restaurant with regular box clients in and around the foyer area creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

As a smedium sized suite it is very popular throughout the year, with a number of clients making their visits to Sandown Park, and use of the Imperial Suite, an annual event. The Suite can hold up to 60 for a sit down meal and 80 for a buffet.

PADDOCK VIEW SUITE

The unique Paddock View Suite provides an outstanding elevated position with unbeatable views over the Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure. This modern and comfortable suite can hold up to 30 for a sit down meal and up to 50 for a buffet.

SOLARIO SUITE

The Solario Suite is in the heart of the action located on the first floor of the Grandstand, offering guests easy access to the Grandstand seating. It overlooks all of the excitement on the course and the finishing straight as well as being only a few a steps from the Parade Ring Viewing Terrace. You are always close to the action making your race day a very special occasion. The suite can hold up to 200 for a sit down meal or a buffet.

PARK VIEW SUITE

The location of the Park View Suite ensures you are close to the action with truly spectacular views of all the racing and out over picturesque Surrey, towards the London skyline. Taking up the entire second floor of the Eclipse Pavilion means this is one of our most private suites yet close to the all of the amenities, including the car parking for you and your guests. The suite can hold up to 180 for a sit down meal or a buffet. 

RESTAURANT HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

The Dead Cert Package

The Dead Cert Package provides everything you need to enjoy a thrilling day's racing. Using your table as your base for the day, you will be able to watch all the racing action from the comfort of your suite.

The Tingle Creek Restaurant package offers an a la carte selection in a restaurant that overlooks the finishing line and has panoramic views of the racecourse. All guests are guaranteed a private table to enjoy a truly memorable occasion with an exceptional meal.

Located on the second floor of the Grandstand, the Tingle Creek Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a special day at the races.
