Red Squirrel Events provides official corporate hospitality at Ayr Racecourse.

Ayr is Scotland’s finest racecourse, staging 25 days of flat and national hunt racing throughout of the year.

Highlight of the jumping season is the Scottish Grand National Meeting, the 2010 renewal of which is on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th April. On the flat, the showpiece Ayr Gold and Silver Cups are due to take place at the William Hill (Ayr) Gold Cup Festival Meeting which runs from 16th to 18th September.

Ayr Racecourse has the following facilities from which to choose:

PRIVATE BOXES

The private box facilities are on the third floor of the Princess Royal Stand and can accommodate parties of 20-100.  They overlook the finishing post, with private balconies giving panoramic view of the entire course.

ROMAN WARRIOR RESTAURANT

This highly commended fine dining restaurant is situated in the Princess Royal Stand, overlooking the finishing post, with private balcony viewing giving superb panoramic views of the entire course.

CHANCELLOR CARVERY RESTAURANT

The new Chancellor Carvery Restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Princess Royal Stand.  Overlooking the paddock, this restaurant offers direct access to race viewing on the Princess Royal Stand.

PRIVATE BOXES - PADDOCK RESTAURANT

Situated trackside just past the finishing post, the Paddock Restaurant boxes can accommodate parties of 10-60, all having private balcony with views over the entire course.

PADDOCK LAWN MARQUEE

On feature racedays, private units are available in this marquee as well as the main Restaurant area.  They are situated trackside just past the finishing post and offer guests easy access to the paddock to view the pre and post race formalities.

Each of the standard hospitality packages at Ayr includes the following:
