HENLEY ROYAL REGATTA

Red Squirrel Events provides official corporate hospitality for the Henley Royal Regatta.

Henley Regatta was first held in 1839 and, other than during the two world wars, has taken place annually ever since. It is one of the most prestigious events in the social calendar and quintessentially English.

The 2010 Henley Royal Regatta runs from Wednesday 30th June to Sunday 4th July.

FAWLEY MEADOWS RESTAURANT

The Fawley Meadows Official Hospitality Village is situated on the riverbank, offering great views of the daily races, whilst only moments away for your hospitality. The Fawley Meadows Restaurant is perfect for entertaining tables of 10 guests and above (smaller numbers are catered for on a shared basis). The Fawley Meadows Private Suites are ideal for entertaining up to 30 guests.

The Fawley Meadows Hospitality Village also offers an Alfresco Lounge that is exclusive to the Fawley Meadows guests. Here you will find an alfresco complimentary bar, live music and comfy seating, ensuring a relaxing day for you and your guests.

TEMPLE ISLAND

Enjoy a day of tranquillity upon Temple Island in the intimate, yet secluded surroundings. Located just seconds from the Start Line, Temple Island has a fantastic view of the course. This prime location ensures that you and your guests catch sight of all the rowing action.

The Temple Island dining experience will take your taste buds on a sensuous journey as you explore some of Albert Roux's culinary delights. World renowned and influential chef, Albert Roux, creates a four course luncheon and guides you through his creation before your meal begins.

Temple Island can be used exclusively and is perfectly suited for 40 guests. Once on the island you will be greeted by your host who will ensure that you are wined and dined with a four course luncheon by Albert Roux. The official Temple Island hospitality package typically includes:

  • Entrance to the official Fawley Meadows Hospitality Village, where guests gather before being transported by private boat to Temple Island

TEMPLE ISLAND ENCLOSURE

Regarded as one of the finest hospitality facilities at Henley Royal Regatta, Temple Island Enclosure enjoys an unsurpassable location on the Regatta course, only moments away from the start, in the heart of the action.

Temple Island Enclosure's riverside hospitality is renowned for its high profile facilities. For many years, its commitment to quality and service has remained first class and exceeded its guests expectations.

The Temple Island Enclosure marquees are located opposite Temple Island by the start line. A typical package includes:

  • Admission to Temple Island Enclosure
  • River cruise for one and a half hours with Pimm's, Bucks Fizz and soft drinks served on board (optional)
  • Morning coffee on arrival
  • Champagne, Pimms and canapé reception
  • Four course luncheon
  • Fine wines, port and brandy
  • Traditional afternoon tea with strawberries and cream
  • Complimentary bar throughout the day including Champagne
  • Official programme (one per two guests)

  • Colour television within the chalet
  • Reserved car parking, just yards from your chalet
  • Live "official regatta race commentary" within the chalet

Luxury riverside chalets are available for a minimum of 24 or 30 guests on one or more days of the Regatta. Each chalet has its own bar, dining area and a private garden leading down to the river.

No number is to few for a reservation within the riverside restaurant where private tables are guaranteed for a minimum of two guests.

For every guest reserving a hospitality package, there is the opportunity to include a river cruise along the Regatta course at an additional cost. Pimm's, Bucks Fizz and soft drinks will be served as you cruise along the course from start to finish, approximately one and a half hours.

PHYLLIS COURT CLUB

Phyllis Court Club is set in twelve acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and occupies an unrivalled position on the banks of the River Thames on the finishing line of the Regatta.

A private Box in the elevated Grandstand Pavilion gives you an uninterrupted view of the Regatta course, where you can experience an elegant and exciting day watching the world's top oarsmen compete in this international event.

The Phyllis Court Henley Royal Regatta hospitality package includes:

  • Exclusive use of Grandstand Pavilion box overlooking the Regatta race finishing line

The Phyllis Court private boxes can accommodate groups of 8, 16 and 24 with larger numbers possibly available on request. The Top Deck accommodates 80 people in total and the Lower Deck 96 people.
